Passionfruit Brut IPA
We start with a simple malt base of Pilsen Malt and White Wheat. With so little sugar in the finished beer, any ingredient will be amplified, so we thought it best to let the fruit and hops shine. The addition of an enzyme called Ultra-ferm allows the yeast to eat sugars they normally would leave behind, resulting in a much drier beer.
Because the fruit sugars are also consumed, A.P.B. has more tart than sweet notes. The hops compliment the dryness and accent the remaining fruit notes.
